Had skin surgery, not sure if it was infected. Clifton had given me a card in such a case.

The man I saw was almost fed up, arms crossed, sighing. It’s my first pregnancy and was genuinely worried about the pains I was having and he wasn’t interested like I’d troubled his time. At the end of the appointment he did offer me services which might help if needed over the weekend.

Suggested improvements
The gentleman working there definitely needs to become more compassionate and caring. I understand the people working here come from all sorts of medical background, but if he wants the responsibility of a nurse practitioner, he should maybe learn to be a bit more patient and kind.

The care I received today from nurses Ruth and Helen was absolutely appalling. They have no respect for there patients they are rude and obnoxious. I came with an infected sebaceous cyst on my left shoulder I know it’s this because on 21/12/20 i went to my gp and they started me on antibiotics and I was told it was an infected cyst and that if the pain / symptoms worsen I’ve to see someone as it will need removing. I came today and nurses Helen and Ruth fobbed me off saying it was a “SPOT” which it’s not they refused to give me any other pain relief or refer me to hospital. There attitude was disgusting and they just didn’t listen to me and told me to wait 3 more days till my GP opens again and sent me on my way. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of respect and care from people who are supposed to help patients. I will no longer attend Fleetwood health centre and chose to go elsewhere for care.

Suggested improvements
In my opinion they shouldn’t be in the care setting if they aren’t prepared to help or listen to people who are in need of care. They have zero respect and just fob patients off by saying it’s a spot when it’s a cyst . Nurses shouldn’t be fobbing patients off giving them the wrong inappropriate advice if they don’t know.

I was treated by a dictatorial, arrogant and obnoxious individual who bombarded me in an insulting and juvenile manner, he obviously had no intention of helping me at all from the outset and also upset my my wife who was there to assist me. I t was blatantly obvious I was extremely distressed and showed a total lack of concern, care, or compassion for my situation and virtually abandoned any help available. Having had a similar problem in January of this year when I was was treated with dignity, care and compassion be all staff at the centre I was left totally distressed and confused by this individuals action.

Suggested improvements
The “Doctor responsible should be taken to task and not inflicted on ANY other patient.

I was sent by my doctor's surgery to go to Fleetwood but when I arrived I was told after waiting a short time by a very nice nurse that they did not have access to my files and that I would need to go back to my doctor. This was a waste of time for both myself and the nurses. I have been to Fleetwood before and the treatment that I received was the best. God bless you all and Have a wonderful Christmas. Regards George

The “Doctor I saw was a supercilious and Obnoxious individual and an absolute disgrace to his profession, He was aware how distressed I was and treated me in a dictatorial manner in my option, having had the occasion to use this service previously in the the centre and treated with courtesy and compassion I consider the “Doctor” to be a disgrace to his profession and not fit for purpose. The episode has completely destroyed any confidence I had in the centre and will certainly deter me from ask for help again, all in all both my wife and myself are disgusted with this in compassionate and uncaring individual. Regards Albert J Morris (23.04.1946)

Suggested improvements
Understand care and compassion from a more considerate Professional would have eased the situation but in fact I left distressed and traumatised by the standard of service I was subjected to. Mr Albert J Morris
